Engaged under a fast-tracked ECI to D&C model, our fit-out works across the mezzanine level of 550 Bourke Street were delivered in parallel with our works at GPT Space&Co, 181 William Street – forming part of a larger roll-out of GPT premium office suites.
Engaged at a 40% design completion under a D&C model, our team was enlisted to expedite the completion of this single-floor fit-out over a 16-week programme.
Beginning with a strip down to a cold shell, the renovated space – spanning a single floor – was broken down into several distinct areas including a welcome desk, workstations, flexible collaboration areas, meeting rooms, a boardroom, quiet spaces, lounge areas, a locker bay, and a kitchen breakout area.
With our construction activity situated across numerous neighbouring tenancies, retail outlets, and eateries – the site and construction process adhered to stringent working practices to minimise any disturbances.
The project also entailed maintaining the building’s 6 Star Green Star (Interiors) accreditation.
