Beverage company Lion tapped Buildcorp to refresh their Docklands headquarters with a focus on shared spaces and meeting rooms, giving their open plan office a new lease on life, with the added challenge of completing the job in a live environment.

This project was delivered over three separate stages with critical works sequenced at the beginning of the programme to allow for the extension of the uninterrupted power supply to the customer service call centre.

Key project features include:

Open soffit kitchen and hub area
New reception desk and display wall
Large training room facilities complete with operable walls
Open workspace with new linear and sit to stand workstations to accommodate their staff

The project team carefully planned multiple handovers (14 in total) within each main stage of works, and segregated work zones with acoustic hoarding with the added benefit of providing noise separation.
