One of several projects delivered inside Quay Quarter Tower, Buildcorp’s existing knowledge of the base building and agile workings contributed to an on-time handover within a tight 10-week programme for global hedge fund company, Point72.
The one floor fit-out included the following areas:
- Reception
Boardroom
Large and small meeting rooms
Quiet rooms for individual working
General corner offices
Open plan office space with provisions for 32 workstations
Informal meeting area
Utilities and staff kitchen
Communications room
The 10-week programme was a key delivery challenge for the Buildcorp team, with the handover date non-negotiable due to the lease end on Point72’s original office space.
The successful strategy, incorporating a clear communications and decision making process, numerous workshops and consistent reporting meant Buildcorp was able to deliver the project not only to deadline, but completely defect-free at handover.
