Our relationship with REA Group commenced in 2014 delivering their new office at 511 Church Street in Richmond.
The successful completion of this project led to our successful bids for the Showroom and 12 Albert Street projects in 2017 and 2020, respectively, further strengthening our relationship with REA Group.
Working under challenging live environment conditions, Buildcorp transformed a new, semi-integrated building into a modern, flexible and agile workplace.
The heavily staged project saw the integration of modern technology platforms into the agile architectural design.
A design and construct approach was adopted for the structure of 15 free-standing meeting room pods, each boasting a sophisticated audio visual setup with high acoustic properties.

- Main comms room including gas suppression, VESDA and CRAC unit
