Sydney Water

Buildcorp was initially engaged for the upgrade works at 2 Parramatta Square, a 16-floor commercial asset in the heart of Parramatta’s corporate campus.

During the project’s early stages, Buildcorp was approached by Sydney Water, the building’s anchor tenant, to provide a refreshed fit-out of their head office.

With both projects secured, Buildcorp was able to provide an integrated fit-out solution, with swing stage delivery, completing both projects concurrently and with minimal disruption to both parties.

The upgraded headquarters now meets the current operational needs of Sydney Water – with a contemporary focus on employee wellbeing – including the provision of a neurodiverse space, recharge zones, yarning circles, and a vibrant people hub.

Additional areas delivered include informal and formal meeting rooms, refreshed staff amenities, lab spaces, media rooms, large lecture hall and several workstations to cater to its 3,200 staff.

The completion of both projects highlights Buildcorp’s strength of combining two teams for one seamless delivery, and marks our 5th contract within Parramatta Square.
