The two-storey Centre of Excellence accommodates 250 employees.

• Kitchen and lunch room facilities
• Obeya and dojo rooms for meetings in person or phone
  conferencing
• An open plan office space with adjustable height workstations
  and lockers to support activity based working
• Training rooms
• Café
• Auditorium with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment
• Exo-skeletal structural façade system in main entry

The scope of works also included relocation of existing plant equipment around the Altona campus, and construction of the Central Plant building. 

This services infrastructure upgrade accommodates chillers and associated equipment to cool the neighbouring Administration and Powertrain Buildings.
