Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) sought a new office space to enhance collaboration with its people and partners. The office fit-out accommodates 400+ staff in an open office environment complete with breakout spaces, and a barrel room event space with spanning views of Melbourne’s CBD.
TWE occupies 5,000m2 of office space over levels 8 and 9 of the historic T&G building located at 161 Collins Street. The Carr Design project has supported the transformation of two levels of office into an experiential space, bringing to life the character, quality and scale of the TWE global brand portfolio. High-end joinery supports the well thought out, open plan office design.
TWE and Buildcorp worked together on detailed and early planning to lay the foundation for success. Providing advice during the design development period ensured the timely delivery of the 15 week fit-out programme.
