Since joining Buildcorp in 2018 from the United Kingdom, Simon has established himself as a trusted commercial leader, bringing strong commercial acumen and stability across a diverse portfolio of complex projects. With deep experience spanning pre construction strategy, contract negotiation, procurement and delivery, he shapes Buildcorp’s commercial strategy to unlock value while proactively managing risk and aligning outcomes to client objectives.

Simon has been instrumental in successfully delivering major projects across workplace, refurbishment, health, retail and community, including Australia Post Melbourne Support Centre, MECCA’s flagship store, narrm ngarrgu Library & Family Services, SEEK Head Office (Cremorne), and significant commercial refurbishments such as MinterEllison and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. As Joint General Manager Victoria, he oversees pre construction and commercial functions, driving strategic growth and ensuring clients receive exceptional value and predictable outcomes. Known for mentoring and empowering his teams, Simon builds capability and encourages collaborative planning, further strengthening Buildcorp’s standing as a trusted partner in an evolving industry landscape.
