Introducing Our New Executive Leadership Team
This month, we welcome Jeff Jones as our new Chief Financial Officer. With broad industry experience across the Tier 2 construction, engineering and property development market segments, Jeff’s strategic insights align perfectly with our vision and our values, making him a fantastic addition to the Buildcorp family.
Additionally, we will be strengthening our Executive Leadership Team by introducing Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) roles.
Donna Hoblos, who joined us in 2022, has been promoted to the CPO role. Donna’s leadership ensures our people remain our most important ongoing project and at the heart of everything we do, and will continue to enhance our employee experience and people strategies.
Jordan Sukkar, has been promoted to the COO role, overseeing Business Strategy, Commercial, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ), IT & Technology, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Marketing & Communications. Jordan’s 15 year journey with Buildcorp equips him for this exciting chapter, working with Buildcorp General Managers across the East Coast to ensure our vision and strategy comes to life.

With the introduction of the COO, Stephen Surjan who joined us in 2022 as Operations Manager, has been promoted to the role of General Manager New Build sector in NSW. Stephen’s impactful contributions make him a valuable addition to our Senior Leadership Team alongside our other Buildcorp General Managers.
These strategic changes position us well, for where we are today, and fortifies us for a promising future of our continued evolution and sustainable growth.
