Stripping back and dressing up - the 181 William Street asset has a multitude of spaces for to suit every tenant

Buildcorp we appointed after a lengthy tender process to deliver the works for GPT at the 181 William Street asset.

The total works comprise of:

  • On floor Lift Lobby upgrades,
  • Amenities upgrades,
  • 990m2 of warm shell,
  • 3,910m2 of cold shell, and
  • 1,975m2 Marketing Suite Fitout on Level 26.

The lobby and amenities upgrades are to a premium finish with bluestone flooring, polished plaster walls, marble lift reveals and vanities.

The fitout on level 26 is designed for GPT to use as a Marketing Suite for prospective tenants including a high-end fitout, warm shell or cold shell options.

We continue to work with GPT in the building and with budget pricing for further works.
