Buildcorp partners with DEXUS to complete their landmark podium redevelopment at 360 Collins Street
The cutting edge Bates Smart design for 360 Collins Street transformed the building’s 5,000m2 podium which spans two levels and services 35 floors of the commercial office staff. The facility encourages a collaborative working environment with the additions of improved lifestyle benefits including:
▪ Flexible meeting pods
▪ Full lobby refurbishment
▪ Construction of new ‘grand staircase’
▪ Upgraded amenities
▪ Removal of existing façade and installation of façade treatment
▪ End of trip facilities
▪ A retail offering in the north-facing open public area.
This project was part of a wider refurbishment and extension programme
and the 35 storey building maintained a high level of tenancy occupancy
while the refurbishment works were underway. Buildcorp’s experience in
live environment projects ensured the building operations continued with
minimum disruption during this process.
