The fit-out incorporated extensive demolition to create three penetrations for an iconic interconnecting staircase between four floors, consisting of existing post tensioning remediation works to allow cuts in the slab, installation of carbon fibre strips to the underside and topside of the concrete slabs and patching of slab edge steel. Utilising a complex fire engineering solution, the penetrations were able to be installed on top of each other by the installation of full height glass. A custom-designed, lightweight aluminium perforated screen, angled on the diagonal to provide a 3D repeating diamond pattern, spans two elevations of the full height stair void.

The client floor was constructed to the highest quality finishes, including feature custom carpet, Barrisol light fittings, stone entrance, zinc wall panelling, mechanical operable walls, commercial kitchen, timber veneer panelling and doors, graphic wallpaper, detailed joinery and state of the art audio visual equipment. The remaining floors house general work station areas, set out in open plan style with perimeter and off-core meeting rooms.

An early completion of the commercial kitchen was prioritised to allow reasonable time to test and commission all relevant kitchen equipment and systems, and to allow for a coordinated and efficient handover of kitchen to staff for relevant training.
