An award-winning, three-stage transformation of the heritage-listed Kingscliff Beach Hotel, including bar and restaurant refurbishments, new alfresco dining and beer garden, and extensive structural works throughout.
The Kingscliff Beach Hotel project incorporated significant refurbishment and structural works delivered over three stages.
Stage One comprised the strip-out and refurbishment of the main bar within the heritage listed hotel, Stage Two saw complete demolition of adjoining bottle shop and construction of a new alfresco dining area and beer garden as well as external carpark works.
The final stage involved the strip-out and refurbishment of the upper level restaurant facility (also within the heritage listed building).
