Breakout spaces trimmed with greenery and Barrisol lighting throughout this expansive space help to bring the outdoors inside to promote a healthy workplace and work-life balance for APAM’s staff.

Additional features include two boardrooms for the greater executive team, reception area illuminated with a circular skylight, and staff kitchen and open break room situated next to APAM’s flexible training facilities. 

Working in an operational airport required prior planning and stakeholder management well in advance of undertaking integral construction activities. 

Logistically, the project team was faced with having to transit materials through a secure (airside) lift; to overcome this obstacle, a hoist was erected adjacent to the area of works with direct access to the mezzanine through a temporary opening in the building envelope. This approach was critical to saving time and minimised the impact to travellers transiting through Terminal 4.
