Stephen Surjan

Stephen joined Buildcorp in 2022 as Operations Manager and in early 2024 moved into the role of General Manager New Build NSW. Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has overseen and delivered significant projects across a broad range of sectors.

In his current role, Stephen manages all aspects of the business unit, including health and safety, industrial relations, financial control, programming and quality assurance. Stephen acts as a high-level point of contact for our clients, making commercial decisions and fostering relationships to ensure we consistently deliver projects that exceed expectations through working closely with our project teams.
