Recognising Buildcorp’s industry leading blend of cladding and residential experience and the successful delivery of a similar scope of works nearby, the owners of this CBD apartment complex engaged the façade and remedial team to undertake cladding remediation works.
With cladding material located in various locations across the façade, a bespoke access solution was required to enable safe access over a busy CBD street, whilst minimising the impact to tenants. The delivery solution therefore utilised mast climbers operating externally to the building with localised internal access required to facilitate removal and replacement of cladding on balcony features.
Project delivery was further impacted by Covid restrictions and residential construction shutdowns however Buildcorp’s industry leading safety systems and reputation for collaborative communication ensured safety requirements were achieved at all times with clients updated on a regular basis.
