Charter Hall engaged Buildcorp after a preliminary Combustible Cladding Assessment was undertaken to review the extent of affected cladding on the external columns on George Street, roof plant room, plant room screens, ground level tenant, Reddacliff Place foyer entrance canopy and library roof.
The intent was to remove all identified combustible cladding to the columns and replace with a compliant product. The methodology and scope of works generally consisted of:
