Replacing 11,000m² of cladding on a complex façade in a busy live environment requires a builder who places strong focus on the “how” of project delivery, rather than simply the “what”. Recognising this importance, Buildcorp worked extensively with key suppliers and trade contractors during the pre commencement phase to ensure that proposed solutions were tested, viable and compliant. This rigorous approach include preparing full scale façade elements to confirm buildability and investigating alternative construction methodologies to ensure quality control on replaced glass elements.

With a highly proactive approach to safety, the site team have developed a number of innovative safety initiatives and are assisting the client with delivering further compliance and remediation upgrades to the building.
