HSF Kramer Office Fitout

Buildcorp has delivered Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s new premium workplace across three high-rise levels within one of Brisbane’s newest commercial towers.

Spanning 4,740m2 on Levels 31-33, the project created a sophisticated, modern environment designed to support an exceptional client experience and contemporary legal practice.

The fitout includes private offices, open-plan work areas, meeting rooms and a range of collaboration spaces. A high-quality reception area, commercial kitchen, café and large meeting and function rooms. The new workplace offers a Wintergarden and outdoor terrace, along with a striking three-level interconnecting stair that connect teams and encourage movement across the floors.

To bring the design to life, the project integrates a wide range of services and specialist finishes, including mechanical, electrical, fire, security and AV systems. Careful planning, on-site scanning and detailed coordination ensure the new fitout aligns seamlessly with the tower’s existing infrastructure.

The fitout was delivered within an operational commercial building, with access, logistics and services carefully coordinated throughout the program. Strong planning and collaboration enabled works to progress efficiently while supporting the ongoing needs of building occupants.
