Two level refurbishment and fit-out for Marsh McLennan in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, secured after completing Melbourne, Hobart and Canberra.

Situated in Adelaide CBD, this 2 storey, $4.9M project involved the full demolition and refurbishment of level 3 and refresh of level 1 to cater for the integration of Marsh and JLT.

The level 3 scope of works included full demolition and new services throughout to create an open plan office with meeting rooms adjoining the core of the building.

Inclusive of reception and waiting space, staff hub, and multi-purpose facility, level 3 provides an impressive client and working space for Marsh McLennan.

Level 1 involved the modification of the existing offices to bring a fresh and up to date working environment for existing staff.
