Located in the heart of Sydney’s southwest industrial and logistics precinct, Revesby Rise will transform an ageing industrial site into a state‑of‑the‑art, multi-level logistics hub. Engaged under an initial ECI phase, Buildcorp worked alongside Gateway Capital, consultants, authorities and the incoming anchor tenant to optimise the project’s design, commercial outcomes and delivery strategy prior to transitioning to the main works phase.
The project presents unique challenges due to its proximity to Bankstown Airport, requiring careful consideration of Obstacle Limitation Surface requirements. Through early engagement, Buildcorp developed solutions that will offer buildability efficiencies and long‑term operational certainty while protecting the overall of available warehousing space. By engaging with the key trade partners early through the ECI phase across programme‑critical packages, the team have set the project up for success, expediting procurement and providing assurance of programme certainty.
Upon completion, Revesby Rise will deliver over 54,000sqm of warehouse and office space, comprising of two new multi‑level industrial buildings with shared undercover hardstand, replacing outdated facilities with flexible, future‑ready warehouse space capable of accommodating a wide range of operational needs. The project will set a new benchmark for industrial development in Sydney’s southwest, responding to growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure close to key transport networks.
