Features of the development include:

  • Levels 1 and 2 provisioned for Class 9A medical tenancies
  • Two oncology bunkers on basement level B2
  • 110 place childcare centre on level 1
  • 319 space, 3 level basement car park
  • End of trip facilities

Prefabricated timber logistics solution

Prefabricated structural timber was delivered to an offsite holding yard within close proximity to the site. All fixing and connection detailing was installed offsite during the timber manufacturing process in Austria through detailed planning between TTW, Binderholz and Buildcorp. This approach has allowed Buildcorp to store timber out of the weather to effectively mitigate the risk of timber procurement affecting the programme. Detailed delivery plans were developed to ensure items delivered to site are installed on the same day.

Specialist integrated fit-out offering

Our specialist team provided construction advice for a range of prospective tenants including health care, childcare & hospitality. Our client has secured several landmark health tenants as a result of Buildcorp’s integrated fit-out expertise. The team worked with tenants to achieve their interior design intent whilst maintaining building function and compliance.
