Run in association with Google Cloud and the Commonwealth Bank – the Australia’s Best Managed Companies program identifies and celebrates privately-owned and managed companies across Australia that set the highest standards of business performance, and shines a light on the power of private business as a key driver of Australia’s economy.
The program’s judges challenged and evaluated the strengths of the applicants across four key pillars: strategy; culture and commitment; capabilities and innovation; and governance and financials.

This endorsement of our business practices reinforces the importance of purpose, culture and governance to create the stability a business needs to support its people and partners for the long term.
The recognition from Deloitte is now a key part of a growing suite of 360-degree feedback that Buildcorp uses to assess our performance. For example, our safety system has been endorsed by the Federal Safety Commissioner, we are a four-time Employer of Choice award winner and our people have put our employee Net Promoter Score at 71 in the ‘Excellence’ category.
