We’re incredibly proud to take you inside Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s new Melbourne workplace. Building on our long‑standing partnership, alongside Bates Smart and Generate Property Group, Buildcorp was engaged to deliver the new workplace at the iconic 120 Collins Street tower, following delivering their Sydney and Brisbane offices.

A fit-out where craftsmanship, prototyping and technical excellence were at the forefront, the success of this project showcases our team’s meticulous delivery, exceptional attention to detail and shared passion for achieving the level of quality Corrs envisioned for their new home.

Spanning 9,100m² across eight levels, the premium fit‑out reflects a strong commitment to collaboration and design excellence – supporting the future of the Corrs Melbourne team and setting a benchmark for legal workplaces in Australia.

Congratulations and thank you to the project team who brought this workplace to life, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Bates Smart, Evolved Engineering, Generate Property Group, WT, Investa, Euroline, and the entire Buildcorp Victoria team. Your hard work and exceptional attention to detail was fittingly recognised when Buildcorp recently won the 2026 Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Fit-out over $10M for this project.
