Placing the safety of the public and minimising tenant disruption at the core of a complex construction methodology has resulted in Buildcorp being awarded the cladding replacement works to 123 Pitt St, Sydney.
An exhaustive review of the existing façade, including detailed engagement with council and applicable stakeholders, ensured that Buildcorp provided a comprehensive tender proposal that demonstrated not only full compliance with applicable legislation but also provided clear solutions to address key concerns around tenant disruption and management. Working in partnership with the client and representatives, key construction processes and methodologies were reviewed and agreed to ensure all stakeholders had input and awareness of the works involved prior to contract execution.
A flexible hoarding solution to enable the continuation of restaurant trading in Ash Lane has been installed with the main façade works scheduled for completion in mid 2024.
