Blues Point Tower – designed by architectural icon Harry Seidler and one of Sydney’s most famous buildings – has undergone a new façade makeover after 60 years.

Recognised as Australia’s tallest building until 1970, Buildcorp’s façade and remedial team was appointed to retain Harry Seidler’s design and give the iconic heritage building a fresh lease of life.

The team has worked collaboratively with Core Project Consulting and the building owners to ensure a tenant-centred methodology.

Complete remediation works included window and door replacement, balustrade upgrades and façade rejuvenation.
