Brentwood Village

With an overall master plan to refurbish and remediate over 300 residential aged care units, Keyton (formerly Lendlease Retirement Living) commenced on a phased process of works. With some units requiring just refresh and modernisation works, other units required detailed remediation and upgrade works to achieve current compliance requirements. Working in close collaboration with the client, Buildcorp delivered access upgrades, strengthened existing structures, replaced suspended floors and undertook full refurbishment fit outs to each unit. Joinery to bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens was supplied and installed by Euroline, Buildcorp’s sister company.

With a safety system recognised by FSC as an industry benchmark, the site team delivered a 97.3% internal safety score, with a 100% safety rating with client audits, managing an average daily crew of 30 people across over 72,000 total person hours on site.

This outstanding safety performance whilst delivering ahead of schedule with exemplary quality outcomes is testament to Buildcorp’s expertise across multiple complex work scopes and environments and has positioned the team well to secure further upgrade packages at Brentwood.
