Placing noise management and quality control at the heart of project delivery planning, coupled with an outstanding track record in cladding replacement, was critical for the successful award and delivery of this North Shore cultural hub and iconic architectural façade.

With the Concourse hosting regular live performance and community events, management of both noise impacts and live environment considerations was a key stakeholder requirement. Undertaking noise trials in advance of the main works was a key factor to establish an agreed benchmark, inform methodology and refine the programme.

Proactive engagement with the client and stakeholders, through weekly meetings and briefings, ensured all parties remained informed of progress and upcoming works whilst Buildcorp’s extensive experience with remedial and cladding works and a focus on providing solutions ensured works were delivered on programme whilst incorporating other minor amendments and remediation works identified as works progressed.

This combination of client & tenant focused delivery, aligned with an industry leading portfolio of cladding and remedial experience ensured that 37,800 manhours delivered 6,900m² of cladding replacement without any Lost Time Injury events on site, resulting in a very satisfied client.
