Ron Sorich and Matthew Faglioni Appointed Joint General Managers, New Build NSW

Buildcorp is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Sorich and Matthew Faglioni as Joint General Managers of our New Build NSW business unit.

At Buildcorp, our most important project has always been our people. Ron and Matt’s appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to developing leaders from within and investing in the long-term success of our teams.

Ron first joined Buildcorp in 1993 and Matt in 2012. Collectively, they bring more than 50 years of construction experience, having led the delivery of complex projects across a diverse range of sectors, including many within live and operational environments.

Their appointments are a testament to the value of long-term investment in people, combining deep industry expertise, trusted client relationships and a proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes. Together, Ron and Matt bring complementary strengths, providing the leadership, continuity and capability to guide the business unit through its next phase of growth.

As Joint General Managers, they will lead the talented New Build NSW team, with a continued focus on delivering excellence for clients while developing the next generation of Buildcorp people.
