NSW Rugby, Sports & Leadership Lunch 2026
On Wednesday 1 July, Buildcorp welcomed guests to Crown Sydney for our 26th Annual NSW Rugby, Sports and Leadership Lunch.
The program featured a powerful line-up of voices across Australian sport. Following his appearance at our Brisbane lunch, incoming Wallabies Coach Les Kiss returned for a conversation with Nick McArdle to discuss his leadership journey and coaching principles.
We also heard from Olympian and CEO of the Australian Sports Commission and Australian Institute of Sport, Kieren Perkins OAM, in conversation with Buildcorp Principal Josephine Sukkar AM, as they reflected on his career and journey from athlete to overseeing sport in Australia – from community sport to the professional arena.
Finally, Isabella Nasser and Maddison Levi from the Australian team who were recently crowned 2026 Rugby Sevens World Champions sat down with Sean Maloney for an engaging discussion on their experience in elite sport and their incredible successes in the women’s game.
This event remains a special fixture on the Buildcorp calendar allowing us to celebrate shared values, passions and partnerships. Thank you to everyone who joined us for another memorable afternoon.
