This 5-star luxury public works included entrance, reception, bars and restaurant, ballroom, gym, spa and the stunning open air infinity pool on the rooftop, overlooking the harbour.
During the pre-construction phase the dedicated project team worked through the detailed design resolution on the escalator portal, steam room and sauna, concrete look finishes, Hychem Velosit floors, stucco walls and columns, Equitone and mirrored ceilings, illuminated honeycomb feature walls, bird’s nest vanity mirrors, the ‘Living Room’ bar, feature pendant lights, artwork panels, wet lounge and beauty pods.

Longevity and durability of materials and finishes required careful consideration to ensure the quality of the hotel, to not only look great when it first opens but for the many years to come.

During the delivery of the public works original scope Buildcorp were engaged by Multiplex to deliver remaining scope associated with the stunning world class hotel 585 hotel guest rooms, suites and studio suites.
